Meet our President . . .

Marcia Rosman, President of Business Broker Services, Inc., has been a principal in several personal business enterprises. Marcia is a member of the International Business Brokers Association, has served on the Board of Directors of New England Business Brokers Association, was an advisor to the Business Exchange Network, advises several businesses on a day to day basis, maintains membership in several Business Organizations, attends meetings and classes, continually, to update her knowledge of the merger & acquisition industry.

Marcia is a Certified Business Evaluator. She has evaluated businesses and Franchises for purchase, sale, divorce, partnership disputes, estate and insurance purposes. Over the last twenty years she has successfully negotiated the purchase and sale of businesses with buyers, sellers, accountants, attorneys, banks and all parties necessary to the transaction.

Marcia teaches the original “How to Buy that Existing Business” Seminar/Workshop attended by MBA’s, down-sized executives, CEO’s, CFO’s, plus individuals seeking a change of career with a desire to purchase a business or franchise.

Both buyers and sellers seek her services as an Intermediary for negotiations, certified business evaluations, business plan and marketing packages.
